ProTradeNet® vendors report monthly, which allows PTN to keep up-to-date records of a member’s current rebate. You can contact a PTN team member at [email protected], and we can run a Rebate Double Check.

If you are working with a vendor separate from our program that you believe might be a good fit for other franchise owners, please send them to ProTradeNet.com to fill out the vendor application form. All vendors must provide services nationally and must fill out a vendor application to be considered.

ProTradeNet sends out a quarterly franchise owner newsletter and makes regular announcements on your brand's intranet site containing information about new vendors. You can also always reference the website for an up-to-date list of vendors.

If a vendor offers a rebate and/or special pricing, it will be indicated on the vendor’s landing page. The vendor descriptions in our annual Vendor Directory also indicate if a vendor offers a rebate and/or special pricing.

Rebates are currently distributed biannually in the spring and at Neighborly® Reunion.

The best way to ensure your purchases are being tracked is with a Rebate Double Check.

Make a list of all ProTradeNet vendors that you purchase from, and we will run a Rebate Double Check to ensure you are receiving your maximum savings and rebates from preferred vendors. Contact us at (254) 745-2549 or email [email protected].

We also recommend checking our list of vendors periodically because we are always growing and adding vendors.

We strive to negotiate programs that are better than a single business owner could get on their own. We do this by leveraging the combined buying power of all our members: the more franchise owners that participate in our vendors program the better the promotions, special pricing, and rebates we can negotiate.

We also require that our vendors offer outstanding customer service and live by our Code of Values in hopes that your experience will be a great one.
