STPayments | New Rate Structure

In December 2019, ServiceTitan announced the rate structure would change in April 2020. Knowing the potential impact of COVID-19, we are providing a one-month deferment so the new rate structure will now go into effect May 1, 2020. In accordance, the 5% minimum increase and associated product allowance for applicable franchise owners will also shift to May 1, 2020 through November 1, 2020. Additionally:

• With our Online Payments features, you can send an email to your customer that will include their invoice along with a link that they can make payments online so that your service professionals can spend less time face to face with any potentially ill customers.
• Check Processing is now available for FREE through the end of June. This will allow your service professionals to deposit checks through ServiceTitan, so they won't need to come back to the office just to bring a check and eliminate contact with additional people.
• We also are offering our Membership Renewal Protection feature for FREE through the end of June. This will automatically update your stored payment information so that you do not have to spend time attempting to contact customers to update their credit card information when it expires.
