A message to our preferred vendors about COVID-19
As Neighborly® continues to monitor COVID-19, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we’re doing to ensure our associates stay healthy and safe.
Moving forward, Neighborly has restricted business travel for associates, and out of an abundance of caution, Neighborly has requested any of its associates with the ability to do so take part in protecting others by teleworking. This request reduces the number of people our associates are in contact with daily, and by taking this action now, we hope to minimize potential future exposure.
That being said, even though the ProTradeNet® team will be working remotely, we’re taking whatever measures we can to keep “business as usual” for our preferred vendors and franchise owners. In this time of uncertainty, we encourage you to join us by maintaining your high level of customer service and stay vigilant in your support of franchise owners and the brands. If your company is also taking specific measures to ensure supply chains and service is not interrupted, or if you have an idea on how we might better serve our franchise owners and their customers, please don’t hesitate to let me know. As an example, we have some franchise owners distributing sanitation care kits to their customers and, in some instances, even digital thermometers.
